 Is it just me or is this year rapidly flying by us? It has at The Mill and already we've experienced so much growth and so much change. We're saying goodbye to one of our favorite girls and one of my forever favorite side kicks. But are so proud she's off to purse becoming a Cosmetologist/Stylist. Being down a team member and with recent growth, we're getting down to business and HIRING a Retail + Design Operations Manager (or Assist. Manager). This position is multi-faceted. Which for a creative (like myself), I love to get my hands in multiple realms of design.
